Not at all. Coaching is designed for real people at every starting point. Whether you’re brand new, returning after time away, or feeling stuck, we meet you where you are and build from there—safely, thoughtfully, and at a pace that makes sense for you.
Is this in-person, online, or both?

Both. Coaching options include in-person training at Output Performance in St. Louis, online coaching, or a combination of the two. We’ll talk through what works best for your schedule, location, and goals during your initial conversation.
Is this good for beginners / older adults?
